Once again it's been ages since our last post. For that I apologize. We're hoping to begin posting more regularly as we buckle down and prepare for the ride, which is just a month and a half away. A few weeks ago we held our first large-scale fundraising event in Saigon - a quiz at the Spotted Cow on Bui Vien. A big thanks to the staff, who put in a hard night of work accommodating our huge crowd. Thank you also to Peter Holdsworth and the Alfrescos Group for agreeing to let us take over the regular Thursday quiz for a night.
We raised just over US$600, which is awesome, so one last thank you goes to everyone who participated (and those who showed up, gave money, and left because it was so packed). This was a great event, and we're looking forward to hosting a couple more fundraisers before we leave for Hanoi on April 1. More to come on those in the near future!
