7 is always the number I love 7️⃣. Fantastic experience to get out of the city, head to Quy Dat, at around 70km. The township is the district seat and located on a mountainous area about 60 km north-west of the provincial capital Đồng Hới City. Actually there is no single day to ride without climbing and the degree of passes are just more going up unnecessarily.
We keep following HCM trails and turn left into a 25km concrete pass to avoid crazy containers and enjoy the picturesque scenery along. As Mr.Thang - DHL guy said that this route has been improved and we also avoid sands, bravos somehow. Cheers! It was truly just us, water buffaloes and birds (and mosquitoes).
All my team passed rail track successfully - what’s a plus point.
We have climbed 4 mountains 🏔, and the heat was going to knock me down sometimes =.=. We went up 6-10 degree on the ride with the heat of 33 degree. Shades, water and carbon hydrate are all my things. Reaching on the top of the pass I feel the efforts of climbing were totally worth it. Cheers!
