Day 23 Rest Day Buon Ma Thuot

Today is the last rest day of the ride so I'll keep this nice and short. Today we woke up in comfy beds to a breakfast already cooked and realised we didn't have to ride our bikes. So overall a good morning. Several people set off for coffee to Trung Nguyen Coffee Village.

The Trung Nguyen Coffee Village is on the top 10 list of things to see/do in Buon Ma Thuot. (The top 5 are mostly waterfalls that are a ways out of town; aka not going to happen.) After laying about the hotel for a good few hours I ventured out to meet Natanya, Loc, and James for some coffee. About 20 minutes later I found the coffee oasis.

After fuelling up on coffee and juice we headed to the giant Coop Mart for food and refreshments. The coop mart is a nice reprieve from our normal, tiny convience stores that we've been using across the country to fuel up. Cheese, wine, pizza (not for me), and more cheese ended up being the lunch of champions as we set back to the room to watch a movie and chill.

Natanya enjoying her alcoholic chocolates for some Passover fun. We also realised near the end of Mama Mia that this weekend is 4/20, Easter Sunday, and Passover so that's fun everyone. It's nice to relax before setting off on the last leg of our journey. I remember this time last year fondly and this year has matched in being relaxing and a great start to the end of the most amazing journey across Vietnam (on bicycles). Going to miss this crazy team, but it's been a pleasure to be a part of.

From a green bean,
