Day 3 Cam Thuy to Yen Cat

The best banh mi so far for breakfast set us up well for the day- and what a beauty it has been.  Gentle rolling climbs, a pretty mist over the luscious green hills and at least it was cool for the first few hours.

There have been a few illnesses in the gang, but I’m proud to say that everyone rode today. Chugging down nuoc Mona and coconuts at every opportunity to keep up those all important hydration levels., as well as new favourite ‘creamy fish pie’ ice cream!

With temperatures rising its becoming apparent that the climbs are going to be challenging…. and with a punchy incline into Yen Cat, I know that every member of H2H was delighted to roll in today!
