Cowman rides again

Good news sports fans, thanks to the powers of Ibuprofen and Jeff's magic rub, I was back on the bike today and had an animal free and generally pain free day. After some early sightseeing down the wrong road, we ticked off another 80+ km's between Do Luong and Pho Chau (look it up!) on the stunning Ho Chi Minh Highway where life has such a relaxed pace, with lots of smallholding farms along the route. We even passed through a section where a village was drying out, then collecting in, all their hay, on the highway! Chet had the 1 gear bike today and still finished before me, Jas had saddle issues, Colin did a big extra loop, lots of sore derriers but generally team morale is high and we're feeling fruity.
